Property management

Just as we prefer a personal approach to each client in the real estate field, we also handle managed properties individually, both for private investors and communities of unit owners (HOAs), all under the business name Profispráva s.r.o.

The U Tržnice Residence is located in one of the most exclusive districts of Prague - Vinohrady, directly adjacent to Vinohradský Pavilion, formerly known as Vinohradská Tržnice (Vinohrady Market).

We took over the property management of this building in 2017, following the final major reconstruction and the sale of individual apartments to their respective owners. Based on the requirements of the Owners' Association (SVJ), we provide comprehensive services, particularly focusing on accounting management, administrative services, cleaning arrangements, maintenance of technologies including inspections, heat and water meter readings, billing, and other activities as needed by our clients.

Sudoměřská Residence is located in one of the most sought-after parts of Prague, on the border of Vinohrady and Žižkov. The residence itself offers comfortable living in newly reconstructed apartments, situated in a functionalist building from the 1930s. All units have a layout of 2+kk – making them ideal for both personal residence and as an investment opportunity.

We have been managing the property since 2015 when a complete reconstruction of the building took place, and the apartments were sold to individual owners. In this building, we know all the owners and their tenants, and we approach each client's request individually.

A functionalist building from the 1930s, located only 600 meters from the center of Nový Smíchov and Anděl metro station, while being adjacent to public gardens and greenery.

The location of the building with 23 apartments and 2 non-residential spaces, which we manage, is highly lucrative. We take care of both the economic and accounting aspects as well as the technical and maintenance aspects.

In 2018, we were selling renovated apartments in a brick building from the 1960s in Prague Hloubětín to our esteemed client.

Since then, we have taken over the property management of the building under the brand name "Profispráva s.r.o."

The building is a basement structure with four above-ground floors, comprising a total of 22 residential units, almost exclusively of the 3+1 type.

A First Republic villa with 6 residential units and a beautiful extensive garden is located in the highly sought-after area of Prague 6, in Střešovice.

We have been managing this beautiful property since 2019. Here as well, it is necessary to approach each residential unit and its owners individually and address their needs for a contented living experience.
