Appointment with the owner
We will negotiate all the steps that are necessary to complete the sale at a personal meeting with the owner. We will explain our work process and the services we normally offer, from market price estimations to legal services.

When assessing the value of your property compared to other competition on the market, we rely on the many years of experience our team has and we monitor changing trends and developments in the real estate market. An important part of this process is professional photography or video presentation of the property.
Selection of investors
Due to the fact that most of our properties are not advertised publicly, we are actively looking for investors ourselves. We personally present and offer your property to them. Since the beginning of our operation on the market, we have been able to build a wide base of contacts and cooperate with a number of development companies and established real estate investors.

Owner & investor
After we receive a formal note of interest, we will organize a meeting between owner and investor. During the meeting, we will usually discuss technical details, payment details or possibly go through some missing information in order to agree and make a successful sale.

Guided property viewings
The next step is to organize viewings with approved applicants. With our experience it is not necessary for the owner to be present at the viewing. Our task is to adapt to our clients’ needs, so that the viewing can take place in the evenings or on weekends if need be, and they can be both in Czech and in English.

Based on the client's preferences, we will prepare all necessary legal documents and contracts with the help of our long-term business partner, a renowned law firm. We are ready to help you apply for a mortgage, loan or communicate with the bank on your behalf.
Our job does not end with a legal change of property ownership and money transfer. We are happy to keep you informed and up to date with news on the real estate market.
