The U Tržnice Residence is located in one of the most exclusive Prague neighborhoods - Vinohrady and is directly adjacent to the Vinohradský Pavilon, formerly also called Vinohradská tržnice.
We took over this house for property management in 2017, when the last major renovation took place and the apartments were sold to individual owners.
Based on the requirements of the SVJ, we provide a complete service, in particular accounting management, administrative service, cleaning, technology maintenance including inspections, processing of heat and water readings including billing, and other activities that our client needs.

The Sudoměřská Residence is located in one of the most desirable parts of Prague, on the border of Vinohrady and Žižkov. The residence itself offers comfortable living in newly renovated apartments located in a functionalist house from the 1930s. All units have 2+kk - these are ideal apartments for both personal living and as an investment opportunity.
We have been managing the house here since 2015, when the house was completely renovated and the apartments were sold to individual owners. We also know all the owners and their tenants in this house and we approach each client's request individually.
